Przedmiotem wynalazku jest lakier spirytusowy przeznaczony do malowania szkla, zwlaszcza ozdób choinkowych.Znane i stosowane lakiery do malowania ozdób choinkowych produkowane byly na bazie zywic naturalnych typu Kopal-Manilla i szelak, które sa rozpuszczane w alkoholach. Wlasnosci tych lakierów uzaleznione byly od jakosci zywicy naturalnej co w konsekwencji powodowalo, ze osiagane efekty estetyczne przy malowaniu ozdób choinkowych byly niepowtarzalne i czesto niezadawalajace. Lakiery te posiadaly niedostateczna odpornosc na czynniki mechaniczne i atmos¬ feryczne co mialo istotne znaczenie przy mechanicznym pakowaniu i transporcie produktu final¬ nego. Odmiana lakieru matowego uzyskanego na powyzszej bazie zywic naturalnych otrzymywana byla przez dodanie krochmalu ryzowego i gumy arabskiej. Lakiery te sa nietrwale a ich jakosc uzalezniona jest od indywidualnych umiejetnosci rzemieslnika.Znane sa równiez lakiery uzyskiwane na bazie zywic syntetycznych np. mocznikowych, formaldehydowych, melaminowych formaldehydowych i ketonowych. Powyzsza baza nie umozli¬ wia otrzymywania lakierów charakteryzujacych sie dobra przyczepnoscia do szkla i tym samym posiadaja one mala odpornosc na czynniki mechaniczne.Znane sa równiez lakiery produkowane na bazie nitrogliceryny. Charakteryzuja sie one dobrymi wlasnosciami ale stwarzaja przy produkcji duze zagrozenie pozarowe.Celem wynalazku jest opracowanie lakieru do ozdób choinkowych charakteryzujacego sie dobra przyczepnoscia do szkla, wysoka odpornoscia na czynniki mechaniczne i swiatloodpornos- cia, bezpiecznego w produkcji oraz pozwalajacego w latwy sposób uzyskiwac efekty matowe. Dla osiagniecia tego celu opracowano sklad lakieru, w którym celowo dobrana zywica i sklad ilosciowy plastyfikatorów i rozpuszczalnikówgwarantowalby pozadane wlasnosci i umozliwial sporzadzenie dwóch odmian lakieru — blyszczacego i matowego.Cel ten osiagnieto po przeprowadzeniu wielu prób przez zastosowanie jako substancji blonot- wórczej kombinacji zywicy cyklohaksanowoformaldehydowej w ilosci 20-35% wagowych, zywicy poliwinylobutyralowej w ilosci 4-10% wagowych. W sklad lakieru wchodza ponadto plastyfika¬ tory 1-3% wagowych oraz rozpuszczalniki organiczne w ilosci 50-70% wagowych. Naklad 100 egz.Cena 100 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a spirit varnish intended for painting glass, especially Christmas tree decorations. Known and used varnishes for painting Christmas decorations were produced on the basis of natural resins such as Kopal-Manilla and shellac, which are dissolved in alcohols. The properties of these varnishes depended on the quality of the natural resin, which in turn meant that the achieved aesthetic effects when painting Christmas decorations were unique and often unsatisfactory. These varnishes had insufficient resistance to mechanical and atmospheric factors, which was of great importance in the mechanical packaging and transport of the final product. The variation of the matt varnish obtained on the basis of the above-mentioned natural resins was obtained by adding rice starch and gum arabic. These varnishes are not durable and their quality depends on the individual skills of the craftsman. There are also varnishes obtained on the basis of synthetic resins, e.g. urea, formaldehyde, melamine formaldehyde and ketone. The above base does not make it possible to obtain varnishes characterized by good adhesion to glass and thus have a low resistance to mechanical factors. There are also varnishes based on nitroglycerin. They are characterized by good properties but pose a great risk of fire during production. The aim of the invention is to develop a varnish for Christmas tree decorations, characterized by good adhesion to glass, high mechanical resistance and light resistance, safe in production and allowing to easily obtain matte effects. To achieve this goal, the composition of the varnish was developed, in which a deliberately selected resin and the quantitative composition of plasticizers and solvents would guarantee the desired properties and enable the preparation of two varieties of varnish - glossy and matte. This goal was achieved after many tests by using a combination of a polyhydroxy-carbohydrate, in an amount of 20-35% by weight, a polyvinyl butyral resin in an amount of 4-10% by weight. The lacquer also contains plasticizers 1-3% by weight and organic solvents in an amount of 50-70% by weight. The addition of the above-mentioned silica varnish (OK-412) in the amount of 5-10% by weight and 5-10% by weight of 30% wax paste (WP-2) ensures the achievement of a matte effect. 2 131518 Examples of varnish recipes according to the invention are given below. the contents of the individual components are expressed in parts by weight.
