Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest uchwyt rynnowy, wykonany z tworzyw sztucznych, posiadający bazę (1) oraz ramię (2) rozciągające się prostopadle do bazy (1), przy czym wzdłużnie ramię (2) ma w przybliżeniu kształt półokręgu, które to ramię (2) w dowolnym przekroju promieniowym ma kształt dwuteownika o dwóch podstawach (3, 4): podstawie górnej (3) i podstawie dolnej (4). Podstawy (3, 4) dwuteownika są zbieżne ze sobą w części ramienia (2) przeciwległej do linii styku (5) ramienia (2) i bazy (1). Pomiędzy podstawami (3, 4) ramienia (2) znajduje się ściana boczna (6) ramienia (2). W bazie (1) znajdują się otwory montażowe (7), a w ścianie bocznej (6) ramienia (2) znajduje się wybranie przelotowe (8). Pole powierzchni przekroju poprzecznego dla wybrania przelotowego (8) stanowi od 2% do 20% jednostronnego pola powierzchni ściany bocznej (6) ramienia (2).The subject of the utility model is a gutter holder made of plastics, having a base (1) and an arm (2) extending perpendicularly to the base (1), wherein longitudinally the arm (2) has approximately the shape of a semicircle, which arm (2) in any radial cross-section has the shape of an I-beam with two bases (3, 4): an upper base (3) and a lower base (4). The bases (3, 4) of the I-beam converge with each other in the part of the arm (2) opposite the line of contact (5) of the arm (2) and the base (1). Between the bases (3, 4) of the arm (2) there is a side wall (6) of the arm (2). In the base (1) there are mounting holes (7), and in the side wall (6) of the arm (2) there is a through recess (8). The area of the cross-section for the through recess (8) is from 2% to 20% of the one-sided area of the side wall (6) of the arm (2).
