Abstract
Konstrukcja montażowa dla paneli fotowoltaicznych, mająca montażową szynę (1) o profilu „U”, której wolne końce ramion (9), odchodzące ku górze od płaszczyzny dna (10) szyny (1) są wywinięte łukowo w kierunku do wnętrza szyny (1), charakteryzująca się tym, że każde z ramion (9) montażowej szyny (1) ma na swobodnym końcu łukowe przegięcie, utworzone poprzez promieniowe gięcie pod kątem 180°, przy czym na końcach szyny (1), na każdym z zewnętrznych łukowych przegięć jest prostokątne wybranie (12), przy czym w wybraniach (12) osadzane są języki blokujące łącznika szyny, przy czym na zewnątrz łukowych przegięć są pierwsze, łukowe, oporowe powierzchnie, na których osadzone są podstawy elementów montażowych konstrukcji: podpory profilu wsporczego (3) panelu fotowoltaicznego, profil wsporczy (4) panelu fotowoltaicznego, uchwyty balastu (6), zastrzał (7) podpory profilu wsporczego (3) panelu fotowoltaicznego, wiatrownica (8), przy czym każdy z elementów montażowych konstrukcji jest połączony złączem gwintowym (5) z blokującym elementem (2) w formie prostokątnej płytki mającej przeciwległe i równoległe względem siebie oporowe części w postaci odcinków krawędzi płytki wygiętych pod kątem prostym ku górze oraz prostopadle usytuowane względem oporowych części usztywniające części oraz centralny otwór dla złącza gwintowego (5).Mounting structure for photovoltaic panels, having a mounting rail (1) with a "U" profile, the free ends of the arms (9), extending upwards from the plane of the bottom (10) of the rail (1), are arced towards the inside of the rail (1) , characterized in that each of the arms (9) of the mounting rail (1) has an arc bend at the free end, formed by radial bending at an angle of 180°, and at the ends of the rail (1), at each of the outer arc bends, there is a rectangular recess (12), where the locking tongues of the bus connector are mounted in the recesses (12), and outside the arc bends there are first, arched, abutment surfaces on which the bases of the assembly elements of the structure are mounted: supports of the support profile (3) of the photovoltaic panel , support profile (4) of the photovoltaic panel, ballast holders (6), strut (7) of the support profile (3) of the photovoltaic panel, wind brace (8), each of the assembly elements of the structure is connected with a threaded connection (5) with a locking element (2) in the form of a rectangular plate having opposing and parallel abutment parts in the form of plate edge sections bent at right angles upwards and stiffening parts located perpendicularly to the abutment parts and a central hole for the threaded connection (5).
