Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nakrętka z pierścieniem gwarancyjnym, w szczególności dla butelek lub pojemników do napoi. Nakrętka (1) z pierścieniem gwarancyjnym (2), posiadająca pasek (3) wyznaczony zrywanym osłabieniem materiału z łamliwymi mostkami (3a) pomiędzy nakrętką (1) z zewnętrzną częścią karbowaną (1a) i z wewnętrznym gwintem (1b), a pierścieniem gwarancyjnym (2), ma wypustkę (4) w linii osłabienia I (5) dochodzącej obwodowo do boków (4a) wypustki (4). Wypustka (4) ma przyłączone paski (6) łączące nakrętkę (1) z pierścieniem gwarancyjnym (2), przy czym pierwsza krawędź (6a) pasków (6) wyznaczona jest linią osłabienia I (5), zaś druga krawędź (6b) pasków (6) i krawędź długa (4b) wypustki (4) wyznaczone są linią osłabienia II (7) na części obwodu. Wypustka (4) nakrętki (1) wchodzi obrysem w materiał pierścienia gwarancyjnego (2). Nakrętka (1) z pierścieniem gwarancyjnym (2) charakteryzuje się tym, że ma końce (5a) linii osłabienia I (5) dochodzące obwodowo do boków wypustki są skierowane ku górze oraz końce (7a) linii osłabienia II (7) na części obwodu są skierowane ku dołowi.
