Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest element wsporczy paneli fotowoltaicznych składający się z dwóch otwartych profili aluminiowych, charakteryzujący się tym, że wewnątrz kanału w kształcie litery „U” (1) profilu montażowego (2), pod kątem α od 30° do 130° znajduje się profil wsporczy (3) o długości mniejszej niż profil montażowy (2), którego wewnętrzne boczne ściany mają wgłębienia (4) w kształcie litery „C”, przy czym oba profile są zespolone poprzez połączenie śrubowe umożliwiające obrót profilu montażowego (2) pod kątem α od 30° do 130°, zaś profil montażowy (2) zwieńczony jest łukowym okuciem (5) wykonanym z blachy stalowej, połączonym z profilem montażowym (2) śrubowo poprzez otwory montażowe (6.1, 6.2) okucia i profilu, a profil wsporczy (3) jest zwieńczony okuciem (7), składającym się z dwóch blach stalowych o kształcie otwartych profili (8.1, 8.2) połączonych ze sobą śrubowo posiadających otwory montażowe (9), połączonych z profilem wsporczym (3) wspornikowo za pomocą śrub (10) jednej z blach stalowych (8.1) znajdującą się wewnątrz kanału profilu wsporczego (3).
