Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zacisk linowy składający się z obejmy (1) w postaci walca, szczęki zaciskowej (2) i pierścienia łączącego (3). Obejma (1) zawiera stożkowy, przelotowy otwór (1.1). Szczęka zaciskowa (2) składa się z trzech, symetrycznych względem siebie chwytaków (2.1). Zaopatrzona jest w cylindryczny, gwintowany, przelotowy otwór (2.2). Szersza część szczęki zaciskowej zaopatrzona jest w rowek osadczy (2.3), w którym osadzony jest gumowy albo elastomerowy pierścień łączący. Kąty pochylenia tworzących: stożkowego, przelotowego otworu (2.2) i stożkowej powierzchni szczęki zaciskowej (2) są sobie równe i wynoszą od 6,9° do 7,1°. Szczęka zaciskowa (2) osadzona jest w stożkowym, przelotowym otworze (1.1) pierścieniowej obejmy (1). Średnica obejmy i jej wysokość, korzystnie są sobie równe, a wysokość szczęki zaciskowej (2) jest od nich mniejsza. Zacisk linowy wykorzystywany jest w znany sposób w procesach osadzania elementów konstrukcyjnych na linach w górnictwie i budownictwie.The subject of the application is a rope clamp consisting of a clamp (1) in the form of a cylinder, a clamping jaw (2) and a connecting ring (3). The clamp (1) contains a conical, through hole (1.1). The clamping jaw (2) consists of three symmetrical grippers (2.1). It is equipped with a cylindrical, threaded, through hole (2.2). The wider part of the clamping jaw is equipped with a mounting groove (2.3) in which a rubber or elastomeric connecting ring is mounted. The angles of inclination of the conical through hole (2.2) and the conical surface of the clamping jaw (2) are equal and range from 6.9° to 7.1°. The clamping jaw (2) is mounted in the conical, through hole (1.1) of the ring clamp (1). The diameter of the clamp and its height are preferably equal, and the height of the clamping jaw (2) is smaller. The rope clamp is used in a known way in the processes of mounting structural elements on ropes in mining and construction.
