Pojemnik na posciel Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na posciel, stanowiacy wyposazenie, glównie rozkladanych kanap, przeznaczony do montowania na stelazu konstrukcyjnym wewnatrz kanapy. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Pojemnik na posciel moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z materialu tekstylnego, z drewna oraz z metalu lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - ilustruje pojemnik na posciel w widoku ogólnym, natomiast fig.2 -pokazuje pojemnik na posciel w przekroju poprzecznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na rysunku, fig.l i fig.2, nalezy zaliczyc, ze pojemnik na posciel jest uksztaltowany w formie niecki 1, ograniczonej po bokach sciankami 2, zas od spodu dnem 3 w ksztalcie prostokata, przy czym scianka frontowa 2A jest ukosnie nachylona do poziomu. Dno 3 pojemnika jestwykonane z dwóch, polaczonych ze soba warstw materialu 4, pomiedzy którymi jest umieszczona usztywniajaca, prostokatna plyta 5. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. The bedding container can be manufactured industrially or by hand from textiles, wood, metal, or plastics. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the bedding container in general view, while Fig. 2 shows the bedding container in cross-section. Significant features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the drawing, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, include that the bedding container is shaped as a basin 1, bounded on the sides by walls 2, and on the bottom by a rectangular bottom 3, with the front wall 2A being diagonally inclined to the horizontal. The bottom 3 of the container is made of two interconnected layers of material 4, between which a stiffening, rectangular plate 5 is placed. The layers of material 4, along the edge from which the stiffening plate 5 slides between them, are detachably connected with a Velcro tape.
