Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. The essence of the pattern is a new and individual form of a product, given it by the features of lines, contours, shapes and material.

Pojemnik na posciel moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z materialu tekstylnego, z drewna oraz z metalu lub z tworzyw sztucznych. The bedding container can be made industrially or handcrafted from a textile, wood, metal or plastic.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - ilustruje pojemnik na posciel w widoku ogólnym, natomiast fig.2 -pokazuje pojemnik na posciel w przekroju poprzecznym.
