Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu lusterka wstecznego. The novelty and individual character of the design is reflected in the features of the shape of the rear view mirror.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.1 przedstawia lusterko wsteczne w widoku perspektywicznym od strony przedniej, z dolu i z boku, fig.2- lusterko wsteczne w widoku perspektywicznym od strony tylnej, z boku i z dolu, fig.3- lusterko wsteczne w widoku z przodu, fig.4- lusterko wsteczne w widoku z dolu, fig.5- lusterko wsteczne w widoku od strony tylnej, fig.6- lusterko wsteczne w widoku od strony prawego boku, fig.7- lusterko wsteczne w widoku od strony lewego boku, a fig.8- lusterko wsteczne w widoku z góry. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which fig. 1 shows the rearview mirror in perspective view from the front side, bottom and side, fig.2 - rear view mirror in perspective view from the rear side, side and bottom, fig.3 - rearview mirror in front view, fig.4 - rearview mirror in bottom view, fig.5 - rearview mirror in view from the rear side, fig.6 - rear view mirror in view from the right side, fig.7 - rearview mirror in a left side view, and Figure 8 is a rear view mirror in top view.

Lusterko wsteczne wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: powierzchnia lustrzana lusterka wstecznego ma zarys trapezu z zaokraglonymi narozami. Obudowa lusterka ma krawedzie zaokraglone i w przyblizeniu w polowie obudowy przebiega obwodowa linia podzialowa, przy czym w czescitylnej obudowy usytuowany jest, od strony prawej, wystep, którego zarys ma ksztalt splaszczonej elipsy, tak, ze w widoku od strony prawego boku, jedna sciana wystepu jest widoczna jako wypukla, a druga jako plaska. Lusterko wsteczne ma od strony dolnej dwa wystepy, z których prawy ma ksztalt wydluzony, a jego powierzchnia boczna stanowi przedluzenie powierzchni bocznej obudowy, przy czym krawedzie tego wystepu sa zaokraglone. Lewy wystep jest krótszy i ma powierzchnie wypukle, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.8.Fig. 1Fig. 2 Fig. 3Fig. 4 Fig. 5Fig. 6 Fig. 7Fig. 8The rear-view mirror, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: the mirror surface of the rear-view mirror has the outline of a trapezoid with rounded corners. The mirror housing has rounded edges and a circumferential dividing line runs approximately in the middle of the housing, while in the partial housing there is a projection on the right side, the outline of which has the shape of a flattened ellipse, so that in the view from the right side, one face of the projection is visible as convex and the other as flat. On the lower side, the rear-view mirror has two projections, the right one of which has an elongated shape, and its side surface extends the side surface of the housing, the edges of the projection being rounded.
