Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przepływowa mikroelektrownia wodna posiadająca obudowę, w której zainstalowany jest generator i turbina wodna, składająca się z wirnika osadzonego pomiędzy konfuzorem a dyfuzorem, przy czym wirnik jest jednocześnie wirnikiem generatora, przy czym współosiowo w wirniku zainstalowany jest wał tak, że jeden jego koniec osadzony jest centralnie w konfuzorze, a drugi koniec osadzony jest centralnie w dyfuzorze, charakteryzuj e się tym, że wał (4) ułożyskowany jest na parze łożysk (7) wykonanych z tworzywa sztucznego, będących jednocześnie łożyskami generatora pracującymi w wodzie.The subject of the application is a run-of-the-river micro-hydro power plant with a housing in which a generator and a water turbine are installed, consisting of a rotor set between a confusor and a diffuser, the rotor being also the rotor of the generator, with a shaft installed coaxially in the rotor so that one end of is embedded centrally in the confusor, and the other end is centrally embedded in the diffuser, characterized by the fact that the shaft (4) is supported by a pair of bearings (7) made of plastic, which are also bearings of the generator working in water.
