Składa się on z paździerzy konopnych (2) pozyskiwanych z konopi siewnych oraz łącznika w postaci spoiwa (3) (syntetycznego, naturalnego lub innego) zapewniającego odpowiednią sztywność produktu. Korpusy ula pszczelego wykonane z paździerzy konopnych zapewniają rodzinie pszczelej optymalne warunki bytowania.
