Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest manszeta, czyli osłona stosowana w rurociągach ciepłowniczych, gazowych, wodnych i kanalizacyjnych do uszczelniania przestrzeni pomiędzy rurą przewodową, a rurą osłonową. Manszeta według wzoru, składa się z tulei przewodowej (1), o średnicy dostosowanej do wprowadzanych rur przewodowych i z tulei osłonowej (2), o średnicy dostosowanej do rury osłonowej. Tuleje (1) i (2) są ze sobą połączone elastyczną ścianą (3). W tulei przewodowej (1) umieszczony jest elastomerowy korek (4), w którym wykonane są otwory (5) na wprowadzane rury przewodowe. Grubość korka (4), jest wielokrotnie większa od grubości ściany (3) manszety, przez co zapewniona jest jego duża sztywność w kierunku poprzecznym. W innej wersji korek stanowi jedną całość z tuleją przewodową (1), czyli jest trwale połączony z tą tuleją (1), manszeta z korkiem są wykonane z tego samego materiału w jednym cyklu produkcyjnym.The subject of the application is a sleeve, i.e. a cover used in heating, gas, water and sewage pipelines to seal the space between the service pipe and the casing pipe. The thickness of the cork (4) is many times greater than the thickness of the wall (3) of the collar, which ensures its high stiffness in the transverse direction. In another version, the plug is one whole with the conduit sleeve (1), i.e. it is permanently connected to this sleeve (1), the sleeve and the plug are made of the same material in one production cycle.
