Zestaw opakowan Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 22 grudnia 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw opakowan, przeznaczony do konfekcjonowania worków do odkurzaczy. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac opakowan, przejawiajaca sie w zestawieniu ich kolorystyki, ukladach linii oraz rysunków zmierzajaca do wyeksponowania wlasciwosci estetycznych powierzchni, a nadajaca wzorowi nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Na bialym tle w czesciach górnych scian przedniej i tylnej biegna napisy. Czesci powierzchni zawierajace odcienie koloru niebieskiego maja pola koloru bialego. The essence of the design is a new form of packaging, manifested in the combination of colors, lines, and drawings, aimed at highlighting the aesthetic properties of the surface, and giving the design a new and original appearance. The packaging has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base. The front and back walls have a shaded background changing from white in their upper parts to dark blue at the bases. The inscriptions run across a white background on the upper portions of the front and rear walls. The portions of the surface containing shades of blue have white areas. On the front side, one of the white fields is filled with a photograph of a vacuum cleaner, as shown in Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21. According to another design feature, the front and back sides contain three rectangular fields containing drawings of filters, as shown in Figures 1, 2, and 3. According to another design feature, the front side contains a stylized drawing of a leaf with a horizontal stripe in the white field, while on the back side, one of the white fields is filled with a photograph of a vacuum cleaner, and the other field on that side contains a drawing of a filter, as shown in Figures 1, 4, and 5.
