Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest wieloobjetosciowy, obrotowy zawór dozujacy zwlaszcza do chromatografii.Stosowane dotychczas w chromatografii szesciodrozne, obrotowe zawory dozujace zwane dalej zaworami szesciodroznymi, skladaja sie z dwu zasadniczych elementów to jest rotora i statora. Rotory zaworów szesciodroznych posiadaja w czesci roboczej trzy kanaly o jednakowej objetosci rozprowadzajace faze ruchoma, a takze blokade obrotów do dwu sasiednich polozen.Efektem takiego rozwiazania jest dozowanie próbki o stalej objetosci. Objetosc dozowanej próbki jest suma objetosci jednego, konstrukcyjnie wybranego kanalu rotora i objetosci petli próbkowej.Zmiana dozowanej objetosci w dotychczasowych rozwiazaniach wymaga wymiany petli próbkowej. 2. w widoku z boku, fig. 3. — szczegól A, fig. 4. — szczegól B, fig. 5. — powierzchnie robocza rotoru, fig. 6 —2 130 596 schemat zaworu w pozycji 1, fig. 7.— schemat zaworu w pozycji 2, fig. 8. — schemat zaworu w pozycji 5, fig. 9 — schemat zaworu w pozycji 4, fig. 10. — schemat zaworu w pozycji 5, fig. 11. — schemat zaworu w pozycji 6.Wieloobjetosciowy, obrotowy zawór dozujacy zbudowany jest z dwudzielnego skrecanego korpusu, skladajacego sie z dwóch czesci, którego pierwsza czesc stanowi stator 1, natomiast druga czesc 2 dociska rotor 3 do powierzchni statora 1 w celu zapewnienia szczelnosci zaworu. Równo¬ miernosc docisku zapewniaja dwie sprezyny 4, 5 rozdzielone tulejka 6. Tuleja 7 zabezpiecza trzpien rotora 3 przed wyboczeniem, a wkladka slizgowa 8 ulatwia obrót rotora 3 wokól osi. Zawór moze byc wmontowany do wiekszej calosci poprzez zamocowanie plytki czolowej 9. Znajdujacy sie w plytce czolowej 9 zatrzask 10, dzieki odpowiedniemu uksztaltowaniu trzepienia (fig. 3) rotora 3 zapewnia dokladne zgranie kanalów rotora 3 z otworami statora 1. Dzwignia statora 11 osadzona na trzepieniu rotora 3 umozliwia przelaczenie zaworu, stanowi jednoczesnie wskaznik polozenia rotora 3. Przewody kapilarne doprowadzajace i odprowadzajace roztwory (próbka i eluent) oraz petla próbkowa 12 sa osadzone w statorze 1 za pomoca krócca mocujacego 13, stozka uszczelniaja¬ cego 14 i krócca dociskowego 15 (fig. 4).W rotorze 3 wykonano trzy kanaly A, B, C równej dlugosci lecz o róznych glebokosciach, co w efekcie daje trzy rózne objetosci kanalów — odpowiednio Va, Vb, Vc(fig. 5).Jesli objetosc petli bedzie Vp—to sposób uzytkowania zaworu przedstawia sie nastepujaco: (fig. 6 do 11) — - eluent, — - próbka objetosc próbki: napelnienie zaworu prowadzenie do kolumny Va 9 11 Vb 7 9 Vc 11 7 Vt+Vp 10 11 Vb+Vp 8 9 Vc+Vp 6 7 Przykladowo zakladajac objetosci kanalów Va=2mm3, Vb=5mm3, Vc= lOmm3, a objetosc petli Vp=10mm3 — mozna wprowadzic do kolumny chromatografu 2mm3, 5mm\ lOmm3, 12mm3, 15mm3 lub 20mm3 próbki.Zastrzezenie patentowe Wieloobjetosciowy, obrotowy zawór dozujacy, zwlaszcza do chromatografii skladajacy sie z dwudzielnego korpusu, którego jedna czesc stanowi stator oraz rotor z kanalami, rozprowadzaja¬ cymi, znamienny tym, ze kanaly pelnoobrotowe rotora (3) róznia sie objetoscia.130596130596 Fig.f) Ftg.11 Pracownia Poligraficzna UP PRL. Naklad 100 egz.Cena 100 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a multi-volume rotary metering valve, especially for chromatography. The six-way rotary metering valves, hereinafter referred to as six-way valves, used so far in chromatography, consist of two essential elements, i.e. a rotor and a stator. The rotors of six-way valves in the working area have three channels of equal volume distributing the mobile phase, as well as a rotation lock to two adjacent positions. The effect of this solution is to dose a sample of a constant volume. The volume of the dosed sample is the sum of the volume of one, structurally selected rotor channel and the volume of the sample loop. Changing the dosed volume in the current solutions requires replacing the sample loop. The disadvantage and inconvenience of these solutions is the fact that they allow to enter only one sample volume. The introduction of a different sample volume requires the disassembly of the loop exchange valve. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages. The essence of the invention is that the channels of the full-turn rotor have different volumes. The technical advantage of the multi-volume rotary metering valve according to the invention is that the dosing of the sample takes place not only via the rotor channel and loop, but also single-channel dosing. Consequently, a multi-volume metering valve allows different sample volumes to be introduced into the chromatograph without having to replace the loops. The technical advantage of the subject matter of the invention is also the fact that standard medical syringes are used to insert the sample into the valve, unlike the previously used solutions requiring the use of imported micro-syringes. The subject of the invention is illustrated as an example in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a six-volume rotary valve sectional view, fig. 2, side view, fig. 3 - detail A, fig. 4 - detail B, fig. 5 - working surfaces of the rotor, fig. 6-2 130 596 diagram of the valve in position 1 , fig. 7. - diagram of the valve in position 2, fig. 8. - diagram of the valve in position 5, fig. 9 - diagram of the valve in position 4, fig. 10 - diagram of the valve in position 5, fig. 11 - diagram valve in position 6 The multi-volume rotary metering valve is made of a two-part twisted body, consisting of two parts, the first part of which is the stator 1, while the second part 2 presses the rotor 3 against the stator 1 surface in order to valve tightness. The uniformity of the pressure is ensured by two springs 4, 5 separated bushing 6. The bushing 7 protects the rotor shaft 3 against buckling, and the sliding insert 8 facilitates the rotation of the rotor 3 around its axis. The valve can be fully assembled by mounting the faceplate 9. The latch 10 located in the faceplate 9, thanks to the appropriate shape of the spindle (Fig. 3) of the rotor 3, ensures that the rotor 3 channels meet the stator holes 1. Stator lever 11 is mounted on the shaft The rotor 3 enables the switching of the valve, and at the same time it is an indicator of the position of the rotor 3. The capillary lines supplying and discharging solutions (sample and eluent) and the sample loop 12 are mounted in the stator 1 by means of a fastening stub 13, a sealing cone 14 and a pressure stub 15 (Fig. 4). In rotor 3 there are three channels A, B, C of equal length but with different depths, which results in three different volumes of channels - Va, Vb, Vc, respectively (Fig. 5). If the loop volume will be Vp - then The way of using the valve is as follows: (fig. 6 to 11) - - eluent, - - sample sample volume: valve filling lead to the column Va 9 11 Vb 7 9 Vc 11 7 Vt + Vp 10 11 Vb + Vp 8 9 Vc + Vp 6 7 For example, assuming the channel volumes Va = 2mm3, Vb = 5mm3, Vc = 10mm3, and the loop volume Vp = 10mm3 - you can enter 2mm3, 5mm \ 10mm3, 12mm3, 15mm3 or 20mm3 into the column of the chromatograph Patent claim A multi-volume rotary metering valve, especially for chromatography, consisting of a split body, one part of which is a stator and a rotor with distribution channels, characterized by the fact that the rotor full-turn channels (3) differ in volume. 130596130596 f) Ftg.11 Printing Studio of the Polish People's Republic.
