Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest ekspres do kawy wyposażony w korpus (1) zawierający zbiornik na wodę, pompę, grzałkę, zespół zaparzający, wylot kawy (11) oraz tackę ociekową (21), która wyznacza strefę odbioru, a korpus (1) jest wyposażony w zespół (22) przeznaczony do wytwarzania zestalonego CO<sub>2</sub>, w postaci ukształtowanych przestrzennie bryłek i ich transportu do strefy odbioru, przy czym wspomniany zespół (22) posiada komorę formującą (19) wraz elementem zamykającym (18) służącym do zamknięcia komory formującej (19) w celu uformowania bryłki zestalonego CO<sub>2</sub>.
