Przedmiotem wynalazku jest mlyn wibracyjny przeznaczony do mielenia surowców mineralnych, tworzyw ceramicznych, wegla, chemikaliów i innych materialów w sposób ciagly lub okresowy.Znany mlyn wibracyjny wyposazony jest w co najmniej jedna komore, w ksztalcie walca, sprzegnieta z mechanizmem wprowadzajacym ja w ruch posuwisto-zwrotny, prostopadle do osi komory oraz z mechanizmem nadajacym jej ruch obrotowy wokól swojej osi. Mechanizm wprawiajacy komore w ruch drgajacy stanowi mecha¬ nizm jarzmowy z jarzmem prostym przesuwnym polaczonym poprzez tuleje przesuwna i korpus lozysk z walem mlyna, do którego przymocowana jest komora. Mechanizm napedu ruchu obrotowego stanowi przekladnia ciegnowa napedzajaca komory poprzez kolo zamocowane na wale mlyna.Wada opisanego mlyna jest skomplikowana budowa wibratora, niska niezawodnosc powodowana ciernym zuzywaniem sie wspólpracujacych ze soba elementów mechanizmu jarzmowego i tulei przesuwnej, oraz skompli¬ kowana materialochlonna konstrukcja mlyna.Istota mlyna wibracyjnego, wedlug wynalazku, polega na tym, ze ruch drgajacy jest realizowany dzieki temu, ze korpusy lozysk czopów komory sa przymocowane do wahliwych dzwigni wspólpracujacych z krzywka¬ mi poprzez sprezyny osadzone na trzpieniu zamocowanym do ramy, a zabezpieczone obsada i nakretka. The known vibrating mill is equipped with at least one cylinder-shaped chamber, coupled with a mechanism that puts it in a reciprocating reciprocating, perpendicular to the axis of the chamber and with a mechanism that gives it a rotary motion around its axis. The mechanism that causes the chamber to vibrate is a yoke with a simple sliding yoke connected through the sliding sleeve and the bearing body with the mill shaft to which the chamber is attached. The rotary motion drive mechanism is a chain gear that drives the chambers through a wheel mounted on the mill shaft. The disadvantage of the described mill is the complicated structure of the vibrator, low reliability caused by the frictional wear of the elements of the yoke mechanism and the sliding sleeve working together, and the complex material-absorbing structure of the mill. According to the invention, the vibrating movement is performed by the fact that the bearing bodies of the chamber trunnions are attached to the rocking levers cooperating with the cams by means of springs mounted on a mandrel fixed to the frame, and secured with a mounting and a nut. Attached to the frame are the bearing bodies of the vibrator shaft, on which the cams are mounted, and near them unbalanced masses. Unbalanced masses have the centers of gravity rotated by 180 ° with respect to the center of gravity of the cams. According to the invention, the vibratory mill is characterized by a simple structure devoid of moving parts relative to each other, statically equalized, and therefore much greater reliability and lower weight, with the same performance of the mill. The subject of the invention is shown in an example of embodiment in the drawing, in which 1 shows a general view of the vibrating mill, and FIG. 2 is a side view of the vibrating mill. The vibrating mill has a cylindrical chamber 1 filled with grinding media and closed on both sides with covers equipped with protruding or full plugs 2 mounted in bearings, the bodies of which 3 are attached to the levers 4 cooperating with the cams 5 by means of springs 6 mounted on the pin 7 attached to the frame 8, and secured by the mounting 9 and nut 10. The levers 4 are mounted swingingly in the bearings, the bodies of which 11 are attached sa to the frame 8. To the frame 8 there are attached the bodies 12 of the bearings of the shaft 13 of the vibrator, on which the cams 5 are mounted and the masses close to them 14 unbalanced, with centers of gravity rotated2 130 472 by 180 ° in relation to the center of gravity of the cams 5. A pulley 15 is also mounted on the shaft 13 of the vibrator. The drive of the shaft 13 of the vibrator, consisting of a motor 16 and gear 17, is attached to the frame 8. On the ground 4, there is a drive system that causes the mill to rotate, and consists of a motor 18, gear 19 connected by a rod with a pulley 20 placed on one of the pivots of 2 chambers 1.
