Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest moduł ścianki z taśmy transmisyjnej służącej do oddzielenia strefy kąpieliska od toni jeziora lub cieku, mający zastosowanie zarówno w ciekach, jak i akwenach, w których funkcjonują kąpieliska bądź miejsca okazjonalnie wykorzystywane do kąpieli. Charakteryzuje się tym, że na linie nośnej (3) osadzone są moduły (2) ścianki bariery, przy czym moduł każdy moduł (2) ma trzy warstwy taśmy transmisyjnej (9, 10 i 11) skręconych korzystnie śrubami, przy czym taśma (11) stanowi blokadę modułu na linie (3), poza tym warstwa taśmy (9) przeciwległa warstwie (11), jest przesunięta względem osi pionowej segmentu (2) o wielkość w granicach (15 — 20)% do utworzenia powierzchni styku, na których usytuowany jest element łączący (7), korzystnie rzep, natomiast warstwa taśmy transmisyjnej (10) stanowi oparcie dla liny nośnej (3).
