Abstract

Przedmiotem rozwiązania jest szafa z systemem wyrównania ciśnienia umożliwiającym wyrównanie ciśnienia między otoczeniem, a przestrzenią wewnątrz szafy, zwiększającego przy tym bezpieczeństwo szafy na próby włamania z użyciem narzędzi, zwłaszcza szaf rozdzielczych wykonanych z tworzywa sztucznego, w szczególności szaf zewnętrznych przeznaczonych do instalowania światłowodów do szerokopasmowej transmisji danych, a także do połączeń telewizyjnych i telefonicznych. Szafa ma system wyrównania ciśnienia w postaci dwóch szczelin (1) powstałych w ścianie (3), na styku połączenia dachu (2) ze ścianą tylną (3), poprzez konstrukcje elementów krawędzi dachu (2) i ściany (3) szafy przy czym dach (2), na całym obwodzie, ma na powierzchni styku ze ścianami (3, 4), profilowany trapezowy rowek, zaś na powierzchni górnej ścian czołowej i tylnej (3), oraz ścian bocznych (4), ma profilowany trapezowy próg, dzięki czemu po zmontowaniu dachu (2) i ścian (3, 4), w miejscu styku tworzy się szczelne połączenie kształtowe, bez szczeliny między łączonymi elementami, zaś szczeliny (1) usytuowane są poziomo, wzdłuż krawędzi górnej ściany tylnej (3), na dwóch odcinkach i są utworzone na styku połączenia dachu (2) ze ścianami (3, 4), poprzez wybranie w ścianie tylnej (3), tworzące prostokątna wnękę (8), której płaszczyzna usytuowana jest pod kątem ostrym w stosunku do powierzchni ściany (3), oraz odpowiadające im usytuowane na krawędzi dachu (2), dwa prostokątne wybrania, które na połączeniu dachu (2) ze ścianami (3 i 4), po ich zmontowaniu, tworzą pomiędzy dachem (2) i wnęką (8) ściany (3), dwie szczeliny (1), przy czym wybrania, krawędzi dachu (2), złożone są z szeregu symetrycznych, prostopadłościennych wybrań, dzielących wnęki na szereg prostokątnych szczelin.The subject of the solution is a cabinet with a pressure equalization system enabling pressure equalization between the environment and the space inside the cabinet, while increasing the safety of the cabinet against burglary attempts with the use of tools, especially switchgear cabinets made of plastic, in particular outdoor cabinets intended for installing optical fibers for broadband transmission data, as well as for TV and phone calls. The cabinet has a pressure equalization system in the form of two gaps (1) formed in the wall (3), at the junction of the roof (2) with the rear wall (3), through the structures of the elements of the roof (2) and wall (3) of the cabinet, the roof (2), along the entire perimeter, has a profiled trapezoidal groove on the contact surface with the walls (3, 4), and a profiled trapezoidal threshold on the upper surface of the front and rear walls (3) and side walls (4), thanks to which after assembling the roof (2) and walls (3, 4), a tight shape connection is created at the point of contact, without a gap between the connected elements, and the gaps (1) are located horizontally, along the upper edge of the rear wall (3), in two sections and are formed at the junction of the roof (2) with the walls (3, 4), through a recess in the rear wall (3), forming a rectangular recess (8), the plane of which is located at an acute angle to the surface of the wall (3), and the corresponding two rectangular recesses located on the edge of the roof (2), which, at the connection of the roof (2) with the walls (3 and 4), after their assembly, form between the roof (2) and the recess (8) of the walls (3), two gaps (1), while the recesses, the edge of the roof (2) , are composed of a series of symmetrical, cuboidal recesses, dividing the recesses into a series of rectangular slots.
