Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest aktywna podpora magnetyczna z magnesami trwałymi w układzie tablic Halbacha, która składa się z układu magnesów trwałych zamontowanych w formie tablic Halbacha z czego dwie tablice górne (1) zamontowano platformie (4) przemieszczjącej się w pionie na łożyskowanych prowadnicach liniowych, a trzy tablice dolne: dwie skrajne (2) i jedna centralna (3) umieszczone zostały w podstawie (5) podpory magnetycznej. Tablice górne (1) platformy (4) zamontowano w konfiguracji odpychającej (N-N lub S-S) względem dolnych skrajnych tablic (2) i centralnej tablicy (3) podstawy (5). Rozsunięcie dolnych, zewnętrznych tablic (2) podstawy (5) wpływa na wartość siły lewitacji magnetycznej działającej na platformę (4) oraz na sztywność całej podpory. Pozycjonowanie dolnych, zewnętrznych tablic (2) podstawy (5) jest realizowane za pomocą sterowanych napędów elektrycznych (6), które mogą być dowolne pod warunkiem zapewnienia odpowiedniego zakresu i dynamiki ruchu. Ilość, kształt jak i rozmiar magnesów użytych do budowy układu tablic górnych (1), skrajnych dolnych (2) i dolnej centralnej tablicy (3) są skalowalne konstrukcyjnie i wpływają na charakterystyki siły magnetycznej wywołującej lewitację górnej platformy (4). Podobnie jak odległości pomiędzy górnymi tablicami (1) lewitującej platformy (4).The subject of the application is an active magnetic support with permanent magnets in the Halbach array system, which consists of a system of permanent magnets mounted in the form of Halbach plates, of which two upper plates (1) are mounted on a platform (4) moving vertically on ball-bearing linear guides, and three bottom boards: two extreme (2) and one central (3) are placed in the base (5) of the magnetic support. The upper boards (1) of the platform (4) were mounted in a repulsive configuration (N-N or S-S) in relation to the lower end boards (2) and the central board (3) of the base (5). The spread of the lower, external plates (2) of the base (5) affects the value of the magnetic levitation force acting on the platform (4) and the stiffness of the entire support. Positioning of the lower, external tables (2) of the base (5) is performed by means of controlled electric drives (6), which can be any, provided that the appropriate range and dynamics of movement are ensured. The number, shape and size of the magnets used to build the arrangement of the upper (1), lower (2) and lower central plates (3) are structurally scalable and affect the characteristics of the magnetic force causing levitation of the upper platform (4). As are the distances between the upper arrays (1) of the levitating platform (4).
