Abstract
Ujawniona jest konstrukcja naziemna do montażu paneli fotowoltaicznych zawierająca pochyloną ramową konstrukcję nośną (1) zbudowaną z podłużnic (2) połączonych z osadzonymi na nich poprzecznicami (3) oraz połączoną z utwierdzonymi w podłożu nogami przednimi (41) i nogami tylnymi (42), gdzie nogi przednie (41) są krótsze niż nogi tylne (42). Podłużnice (2) i poprzecznice (3) ramowej konstrukcji nośnej (1) oraz nogi (41, 42) utworzone są z kształtowych profili. Podłużnice (2) mają w przekroju kształt ceownika, gdzie na grzbiecie oraz na ramionach bocznych utworzone są przetłoczenia. Poprzecznice (3) mają w przekroju kształt zetownika, gdzie na belce skośnej, belce górnej i belce dolnej utworzone są przetłoczenia. Nogi przednie (41) i nogi tylne (42) mają w przekroju kształt ceownika z zawiniętymi do wewnątrz ramionami bocznymi. Poprzecznice (3) osadzone są swymi belkami dolnymi na górnych ramionach bocznych podłużnic (2). W miejscu połączenia nóg przednich (41) oraz nóg tylnych (42) z podłużnicami (2) od wewnętrznej strony jednego z ramion bocznych profili nóg przednich (41) i nóg tylnych (42) montowana jest płyta montażowa, która mocowana jest do grzbietu podłużnic (2).A ground structure for mounting photovoltaic panels is disclosed, comprising an inclined frame supporting structure (1) built of stringers (2) connected with cross-members (3) mounted on them and connected with the front legs (41) and rear legs (42) fixed in the ground, where the front legs (41) are shorter than the rear legs (42). The stringers (2) and cross members (3) of the frame supporting structure (1) and the legs (41, 42) consist of shaped profiles. In cross-section, the stringers (2) have the shape of a channel section, with ribs formed on the ridge and on the side legs. Cross-members (3) have the shape of a Z-shaped section in cross-section, with ribs formed on the inclined beam, the upper beam and the lower beam. The front legs (41) and the rear legs (42) are U-shaped in cross section with the side arms folded inwards. The cross members (3) are mounted with their lower beams on the upper side arms of the side members (2). At the point where the front legs (41) and rear legs (42) connect with the stringers (2), from the inside of one of the side arms of the front leg profiles (41) and rear legs (42), a mounting plate is mounted, which is attached to the spine of the stringers ( 2).
