Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest odlewniczy stop aluminium z grupy Al Zn Mg, przeznaczony przede wszyst¬ kim do stosowania w przemysle maszynowym i stoczniowym, a szczególnie do wyrobu osprzetu okretowego.Znany stop z grupy Al Zn Mg, opracowany w USA, sklada sie z nastepujacych skladników podanych w procen¬ tach wagowych: 4,0-4,5% Zn, 1,8-2,4% Mg, 0,4-0,6% Mn, 0,8% Fe, 0,2-0,4% Cr, do 0,2% Ti i do 0,2% Si, reszte stanowi Al. Odlewniczy stop aluminium sklada sie z: 4,7% Zn, 1,8% Mg, 0,5% Mn, 0,2% Si, 0,3% Cr, 0,2% Ti, 0,3% Fe, 0,2% Be, 0,2% Cu, 0,25% Zr, reszte stanowi Al. Stop ten wykazuje nastepujace wlasnosci: wytrzymalosc na rozciaganie Rm -385 MN/m2, sklonnosc do pekniec PG - 0,7 mm, lejnosc L - 480 mm, wydluzenie A5 - 7%, twardosc - 1200 MN/m2.Zastrzezenie patentowe Odlewniczy stop aluminium zawierajacy wagowo 4,5-5% Zn, 0,2-0,3% Ti, 0,2-0,3% Si, 0,1-0,2% Cu oraz Mg, Mn, Cr, Fe, z n a m i e n n y t y m, ze zawiera dodatkowo 0,2-0,3% wagowych Be i 0,2-0,3% wagowych Zr, a zawartosc wagowa Mg wynosi 1,5-2,0%, Mn - 0,5-0,6%, Cr - 0,2-0,4%, Fe - 0,2-0,3%, reszte stanowi Al. PLThe subject of the invention is a casting aluminum alloy from the Al Zn Mg group, intended primarily for use in the machinery and shipbuilding industry, and in particular for the production of marine equipment. The well-known Al Zn Mg group alloy, developed in the USA, consists of the following in percentages by weight: 4.0-4.5% Zn, 1.8-2.4% Mg, 0.4-0.6% Mn, 0.8% Fe, 0.2-0.4% Cr, up to 0.2% Ti and up to 0.2% Si, the balance being Al. As a result of aging, this alloy obtains a tensile strength of 330MN / m2 with an elongation of 8%. There is also an alloy containing by weight: 3.8-5.2% Zn, 0.7-1.2% Mg, 1.0- 1.5% Mn, 0.6-1.0% Fe, 0.3-0.5% Cr, up to 0.3% Cu, up to 0.4% Si and up to 0.5% Ti. This alloy achieves a tensile strength of 215-235 MN / m2 with an elongation of 3-6%. There is no representative of the group of Al Zn Mg alloys in the Polish standard PN-76 / H-88027 concerning foundry aluminum alloys. According to the invention, a foundry aluminum alloy containing by weight 4.5-5% Zn, 0.2-0.3% Ti, 0 , 2-0.3% Si, 0.1-0.2% Cu and Mg, Mn, Cr and Fe, characterized by the fact that it additionally contains 0.2-0.3% Be and 0.2-0, 3% Zr, and the content of Mg is 1.5-2.0%, Mn - 0.5-0.6%, Cr - 0.2-0.4%, Fe- 0.2-0.3%, the rest is Al. Thanks to such a proportion of components, as well as the introduction of new additives in the given range, the obtained alloy has much higher strength and technological properties than the Al Zn Mg foundry alloys used in the world technology. The alloy according to the invention, with a high tensile strength of 380-390 MN / m2 and an elongation of 6-8%, shows minimal tendency to hot cracks. According to the test of Niechendzie and Merchant, the tendency to cracks is less than 1 mm at a castivity of 460-480 mm. Below is an example of the chemical composition of the alloy according to the invention. Foundry aluminum alloy consists of: 4.7% Zn, 1.8% Mg, 0.5% Mn, 0.2% Si, 0.3% Cr, 0.2% Ti, 0.3% Fe, 0 , 2% Be, 0.2% Cu, 0.25% Zr, the rest is Al. This alloy has the following properties: tensile strength Rm -385 MN / m2, tendency to cracks PG - 0.7 mm, castability L - 480 mm, elongation A5 - 7%, hardness - 1200 MN / m2. containing 4.5-5% by weight of Zn, 0.2-0.3% Ti, 0.2-0.3% Si, 0.1-0.2% Cu and Mg, Mn, Cr, Fe, characterized by that it additionally contains 0.2-0.3% by weight of Be and 0.2-0.3% by weight of Zr, and the content by weight of Mg is 1.5-2.0%, Mn - 0.5-0.6%, Cr - 0.2-0.4%, Fe - 0.2-0.3%, the rest is Al.
