Abstract
Przedmiotem rozwiązania jest siłownik strugi syntetyzowanej z zamontowaną w komorze siłownika matą wygłuszającą, pianką akustyczną lub innym materiałem pochłaniającym fale akustyczne umiejscowionym naprzeciwko źródła dźwięku lub wewnątrz całej komory urządzenia, celem ograniczenia generowanego przez głośnik hałasu i poprawę komfortu korzystania z siłowników. Korpus siłownika (1) ma kształt cylindra i ma dysze (2), które usytuowane są na obwodzie, prostopadle do osi korpusu (1), zaś do dna korpusu (1) zamocowana jest za pomocą połączenia klejowego cylindryczna mata tłumiąca (6) o średnicy równej średnicy wewnętrznej korpusu siłownika (1) i wysokości nie przysłaniającej dysz (2), która ma postać pianki akustycznej pochłaniającej fale akustyczne i jest usytuowana naprzeciwko źródła dźwięku, zaś osiowo-symetrycznie do korpusu siłownika (1) za pomocą śrub (8) zamocowany jest głośnik (3), który składa się z korpusu (5) i membrany (4).The subject of the solution is a synthesized stream actuator with a soundproofing mat, acoustic foam or other material absorbing acoustic waves installed in the actuator chamber, located opposite the sound source or inside the entire chamber of the device, in order to reduce the noise generated by the loudspeaker and improve the comfort of using the actuators. The actuator body (1) has the shape of a cylinder and has nozzles (2) which are located on the circumference, perpendicular to the body axis (1), and a cylindrical damping mat (6) with a diameter of equal to the internal diameter of the actuator body (1) and the height of the non-obstructing nozzles (2), which is in the form of an acoustic foam that absorbs acoustic waves and is located opposite the sound source, and is axially symmetrically attached to the actuator body (1) with screws (8) speaker (3) consisting of the body (5) and the diaphragm (4).
