Abstract

Proteza głosowa ma postać tulejki z kołnierzami, wyposażonej w zawór jednokierunkowy, charakteryzuje się tym, że co najmniej jeden z kołnierzy jest usytuowany ukośnie do osi tulejki, tak, że górna część cylindryczna protezy ma długość (A) większą niż długość (B) jego dolnej części, przy czym wymiar części górnej (A) cylindra jest większy od jego części dolnej (B) o 1 do 6 mm, a części (22a, 22b, 3a, 3b) ukośnie usytuowanych kołnierzy wystające, w płaszczyźnie pionowej, poza część cylindryczną protezy są prostopadłe do osi cylindra. Korzystnie, kołnierz od strony tchawicy jest usytuowany pod kątem mniejszym w stosunku do osi cylindra niż kołnierz od strony przełyku.
