Komponent przezśluzówkowy do mocowania w implancie dentystycznym, zawierający indeks implantowy i kształtownik dziąsła, znamienny tym, że jest zbudowany z dwóch rozłącznych elementów, z których pierwszy element zawiera indeks implantowy (11), a drugi element zawiera kształtownik dziąsła (21), przy czym pierwszy element ma stożkowy wypust w kształcie stożka Morse’a typu MT2, który przylega do ścianek stożkowego gniazda drugiego elementu.
