Abstract

Uchwyt mocujący dla anten do pracy z systemami pasywnych znaczników RFID ma zastosowanie w dziedzinie systemów RFID do pozycjonowania anteny RFID w płaszczyźnie prostopadłej względem kierunku ruchu układu (płaszczyzna pionowa) oraz pod dowolnym kątem pochylenia względem płaszczyzny poziomej. Uchwyt mocujący składa się z anteny RFID (A) w kształcie prostokąta z trzema otworami dolnym (A1-0), górnym pierwszym (A1-1) i górnym drugim (A1-2), połączonej rozłącznie z uchwytem (C), o kształcie połączonych nierozłącznie trzech ramion, przy czym dwa ramiona są proste i prostopadłe do siebie, ramię pionowe posiada otwór montażowy pierwszy (C1-0) uchwytu (C), ramię poziome posiada 5 otworów montażowych drugich (C2) uchwytu (C), zaś trzecie ramię ma kształt łuku i posiada x rozmieszonych na linii łuku okrągłych otworów montażowych trzecich (C1-x) uchwytu (C), gdzie x przyjmuje wartość ze zbioru liczb naturalnych {1, ..., 7} oraz posiada otwór czwarty (C4) uchwytu (C), stanowiący szczelinę w kształcie łuku równoległego do łuku trzeciego ramienia uchwytu (C).The mounting bracket for antennas for work with passive RFID tag systems is used in the field of RFID systems for positioning the RFID antenna in a plane perpendicular to the direction of system movement (vertical plane) and at any angle of inclination relative to the horizontal plane. The mounting bracket consists of a rectangular RFID antenna (A) with three lower (A1-0), upper first (A1-1) and upper second (A1-2) holes, detachably connected to the bracket (C), connected in shape three arms inseparably, whereby the two arms are straight and perpendicular to each other, the vertical arm has the first mounting hole (C1-0) of the handle (C), the horizontal arm has 5 second mounting holes (C2) of the handle (C), and the third arm has arc shape and has x round third mounting holes (C1-x) of the handle (C) arranged on the arc line, where x takes the value from the set of natural numbers {1, ..., 7} and has the fourth hole (C4) of the handle (C ), constituting an arc-shaped gap parallel to the arc of the third handle arm (C).
