Arkusz tekturowy z czujnikiem nacisku zbudowany kolejno z następujących warstw: tekturowa warstwa zewnętrzna dolna; pierwsza warstwa przewodząca z wzdłużnymi elementami przewodzącymi prąd rozmieszczonymi równolegle do siebie; warstwa elastyczna z otworami wykonana z elastycznego materiału bez pamięci kształtu; druga warstwa przewodząca, której równoległe wzdłużne elementy przewodzące prąd są prostopadłe względem elementów przewodzących prąd pierwszej warstwy przewodzącej; tekturowa warstwa zewnętrzna górna; charakteryzuje się tym, że: warstwa zewnętrzna dolna (10) oraz przylegająca do niej pierwsza warstwa przewodząca (20) mają przetłoczenia (60) umiejscowione w świetle otworów (31); natomiast ścieżki warstw przewodzących (20, 40) są zbudowane z foli polimerowej o grubości od 10 do 25µm, na której jednej stronie znajduje się warstwa aluminium o grubości od 20 do 500nm, przy czym pomiędzy folią polimerową a przyległą do danej warstwy przewodzącej (20, 40) tekturową warstwą zewnętrzną (10, 50) znajduje się warstwa kleju.A cardboard sheet with a pressure sensor constructed successively of the following layers: bottom outer cardboard layer; first conductive layer with longitudinal current conducting elements arranged parallel to each other; elastic layer with holes made of flexible material without shape memory; a second conductive layer whose parallel longitudinal conductive elements are perpendicular to the conductive elements of the first conductive layer; upper outer cardboard layer; characterized in that: the lower outer layer (10) and the first conductive layer (20) adjacent thereto have embossments (60) positioned in the lumen of the holes (31); while the paths of the conductive layers (20, 40) are made of a polymer film with a thickness of 10 to 25µm, on which one side there is an aluminum layer with a thickness of 20 to 500nm, with the polymer film adjacent to the given conductive layer (20, 40) the outer cardboard layer (10, 50) has an adhesive layer.
