Abstract

Przegroda do lekkiego prefabrykowanego domu, zwłaszcza do budowy domu z prefabrykowanych drewnianych elementów, zawierająca warstwę nośno - izolującą, okładzinę lub wyprawę elewacyjną i okładzinę wewnętrzną, w której warstwa nośno - izolująca wykonana jest w szkielecie drewnianym zbudowanym z połączonych ze sobą belek i rdzenia mającego wypełnienie zamknięto - komórkową pianką poliizocyjanurową PIR, a szczelny zestaw obudowy stanowi połączony zestaw belek zamknięty powierzchniami ściennymi płyt OSB, ponadto wyposażona jest w przelotowe otwory zaopatrzone w zaślepki LDPE zlokalizowane w belkach w każdym segmencie obudowy charakteryzuje się tym, że ma kształtki kuliste (8) zlokalizowane w wnętrzu segmentów obudowy. Dzięki zgłoszeniu uzyskano usztywnienie konstrukcji, ponadto zmniejszono zużycia zamknięto - komórkowej pianki poliizocyjanurowej PIR oraz wyeliminowano niekorzystne zjawiska przy utwardzaniu rdzenia wykonanego z pianki PIR wykonanego jako belka z kształtki prostopadłościennej.
