Abstract
Termoizolacyjna płyta elewacyjna stanowiąca trwałe połączenie warstwy blachy aluminiowej (1), warstwy rdzenia izolacyjnego (2) i warstwy elewacyjnej posiada zatopiony w warstwie rdzenia izolacyjnego (2) szkielet nośny. Każda para równoległych obrzeży warstwy rdzenia izolacyjnego (2) jest wyposażona w pióro (5) i wpust (6). Warstwa blachy aluminiowej (1) w postaci płaskiego ceownika nałożonego na warstwę rdzenia izolacyjnego (2) na jego obrzeżu wyposażonym w pióro (5) jest połączona z pierwszą listwą usztywniającą szkieletu nośnego. W pierwszej listwie usztywniającej jest zamontowany zespół mocujący (7) wyposażony w kątownik z otworem oraz fasolkowym otworem dla śruby z nakrętką i podkładką, zamocowanej w tej listwie. Na śrubie jest zamocowana prowadząca tulejka. Na przeciwległym obrzeżu warstwy rdzenia izolacyjnego (2), wyposażonym we wpust (6), jest zamocowana druga listwa usztywniająca szkieletu nośnego.The thermal insulation façade plate, which is a permanent connection of the aluminum sheet layer (1), the insulation core layer (2) and the facade layer, has a load-bearing skeleton embedded in the insulation core layer (2). A guide bushing is attached to the screw. On the opposite edge of the insulating core layer (2), equipped with a groove (6), a second stiffening bar of the load-bearing frame is attached.
