Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest pałka wielofunkcyjna, w której skład wchodzą: element teleskopowy (1), uchwyt (2) oraz obsada uchwytu (3). Element teleskopowy (1) składa się z połączonych ze sobą wysuwnie w układzie kielichowym kolejno rękojeści (1a), dwóch członów ramienia (1b) i (1c) oraz, przytwierdzonego do drugiego końca ramienia (1c) zakończenia ramienia (1d), przy czym uchwyt (2) połączony jest z elementem teleskopowym (1) ruchomo za pomocą obsady uchwytu (3). Obsada uchwytu (3) ma podłużną wnękę prowadzącą (3b) o teowym przekroju poprzecznym, oraz połączone z nią, otwarte z dwóch stron, gniazdo wnękowe (3c). W gnieździe wnękowym (3c) znajduje się zamocowany mimośrodowo obrotowy bloczek uchwytu (4), do którego przyłączony jest uchwyt (3), zaś we wnęce prowadzącej (3b) znajduje się, dociskany do bloczka uchwytu (4) za pomocą spiralnej sprężyny (7), przesuwny bloczek zaczepu (6), który od dołu ma, wychodzący na zewnątrz wnęki prowadzącej (3b), występ odciągowy (6a), a w miejscu swego kontaktu z bloczkiem uchwytu (4) wyprofilowany jest w ostro zakończony ząb zaczepu (6b), który dopasowany jest do profilu poprzecznego rowka zatrzasku (4a), znajdującego się na frontowej powierzchni bloczka uchwytu (4). Miejsce usytuowania rowka zatrzasku (4a) na frontowej powierzchni bloczka uchwytu (4) zapewnia wzajemne zazębienie się z nim zęba zaczepu (6b) przy ustawieniu uchwytu (2) w pozycji prostopadłej względem rękojeści (1a) elementu teleskopowego (1).The subject of the application is a multi-purpose truncheon, consisting of: telescopic element (1), handle (2) and handle holder (3). The telescopic element (1) consists of handles (1a), two arm members (1b) and (1c) interconnected extensively in a cup system, and the arm end (1d) attached to the other end of the arm (1c), with the handle (2) is connected to the telescopic element (1) movably by means of the handle holder (3). In the recess socket (3c) there is an eccentric rotary handle block (4), to which the handle (3) is attached, and in the guide recess (3b), it is pressed against the handle block (4) by means of a spiral spring (7) , the sliding catch block (6), which has a lug (6a) protruding from the outside of the guide recess (3b), and in place of its contact with the handle block (4) is shaped into a pointed tooth (6b), which it fits the transverse profile of the latch groove (4a) on the front surface of the handle block (4). The location of the latch groove (4a) on the front surface of the handle block (4) ensures mutual engagement with the catch tooth (6b) when the handle (2) is perpendicular to the handle (1a) of the telescopic element (1).
