Banda pneumatyczna ochronna Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest banda pneumatyczna ochronna stosowana jako oslona toru zuzlowego, warunkujaca bezpieczenstwo zawodników w trakcie zawodów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, konturach i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia bande pneumatyczna ochronna w widoku z tylu, Fig. 2 - bande pneumatyczna ochronna w widoku z góry, a Fig. 3 - bande pneumatyczna ochronna w widoku z przodu. Banda pneumatyczna ochronna wykonana jest z gladkiej i elastycznej tkaniny winylowej i ma ksztalt graniastoslupa, którego podstawami sa równolegloboki, a scianami bocznymi prostokaty w dwóch róznych wymiarach. Polaczone ze soba bandy pneumatyczne ochronne tworza wieloelementowa pneumatyczna bariere, która mocowana jest do stalego ogrodzenia toru zuzlowego za pomoca tasm i karabinków. Banda pneumatyczna ochronna wykonana z tkaniny winylowej trudnopalnej posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego takie, ze stanowi ja graniastoslup wypelniony powietrzem, którego podstawami sa figury w ksztalcie równolegloboku, a sciany boczne sa figurami w ksztalcie prostokatów w dwóch róznych rozmiarach. Kat ostry nachylenia krótszych bokówrównolegloboku do podstawy wynosi 45 stopni. Taki ksztalt bandy pneumatycznej ochronnej zmniejsza ryzyko przemieszczania sie bandy pneumatycznej ochronnej polaczonej wieloelementowo w calosc ogrodzenia podczas uderzenia w nia oraz uniemozliwia przedostanie sie zawodnika w przestrzen miedzy bandami pneumatycznymi ochronnymi.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe industrial design is for a pneumatic protective board used as a speedway track barrier, ensuring the safety of competitors during competitions. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in its shape, contours, and line layout. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the pneumatic protective board from a rear view, Fig. 2 from a top view, and Fig. 3 from a front view. The pneumatic protective board is made of smooth and flexible vinyl fabric and has the shape of a prism with parallelogram bases and rectangles in two different dimensions as side walls. The interconnected pneumatic protective boards create a multi-element pneumatic barrier that is attached to the permanent speedway track fence using straps and carabiners. The pneumatic protective board, made of flame-retardant vinyl fabric, has significant industrial design features: it is an air-filled prism with parallelogram-shaped figures as bases and rectangular figures in two different sizes as side walls. The shorter sides of the parallelogram have an acute angle of inclination to the base of the board at 45 degrees. This shape of the pneumatic protective board reduces the risk of displacement of the multi-element pneumatic protective board connected to the entire fence upon impact and prevents a competitor from entering the space between the pneumatic protective boards.
