Elektrownia oparta jest na pływaku (1), umieszczonym na powierzchni wody, mogącym obracać się wokół zamocowania (3). Konstrukcja przymocowana jest do dna za pomocą lin (2). Na pływaku umieszczona jest konstrukcja szkieletowa (4), na której znajdują się liczne turbiny wiatrowe (5).The subject of the utility model is the construction for the construction of floating wind farms, in which many wind turbines are oriented to the wind direction by rotating the entire power plant around its axis.
