Lizak farmaceutyczny, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc wytwarzany w sposób przemyslowy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, który ilustruje lizak farmaceutyczny w widoku ogólnym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na rysunku jest nowa postac leku lub suplementu diety w formie lizaka, którego pastylka osadzona na patyczku ma ksztalt walca zakonczonego od góry pólkula w dowolnym kolorze. According to the industrial design, the pharmaceutical lollipop can be manufactured industrially. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, which illustrates a general view of the pharmaceutical lollipop. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: A significant feature of the industrial design presented in the drawing is a new form of a drug or dietary supplement in the form of a lollipop, the tablet of which, mounted on a stick, is cylindrical in shape, topped with a hemisphere in any color.
