Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wymiennik ciepła składający się z wężownicy, zakończonej króćcami, umieszczonej wewnątrz przelotowej obudowy. Obudowa (1) ma postać trójstopniowej rury, w której wyróżnia się kolejno pierwszy stopień (3), drugi stopień (4) i trzeci stopień (5). W dolnej części zwężki (6) osadzony jest spust (8) przeznaczony do odprowadzania z obudowy (1) skroplin powstających w wyniku ochładzania spalin. Pierwszy stopień (3) służy do łączenia wymiennika z podgrzewaczem, zaś trzeci stopień (5) służy do osadzania na nim rury karbowanej do odprowadzania spalin do komina. Wężownica (2) jest przewidziana do włączenia jej w strumień wody zasilającej podgrzewacz.The subject of the application is a heat exchanger consisting of a coil, ended with stub pipes, placed inside a through-housing. The housing (1) has the form of a three-stage pipe in which the first stage (3), the second stage (4) and the third stage (5) are distinguished. In the lower part of the venturi (6) there is a drain (8) intended for draining the condensate resulting from the cooling of exhaust gases from the housing (1). The first stage (3) is used to connect the heat exchanger with the preheater, while the third stage (5) is used to install a corrugated pipe on it to remove flue gas to the chimney. The coil (2) is designed to be included in the water flow to the heater.
