Abstract
Ujawniono prefabrykat elementu ściany, który zawiera pierwszą płytę (1) i drugą płytę (2), umieszczoną równolegle do niej w odległości ustalonej za pomocą zbrojenia (5). Pierwsza płyta (1) ma grubość przynajmniej 60 mm i jest zaopatrzona w dodatkową warstwę izolacyjną (6) po stronie przeciwnej względem zbrojenia (5), natomiast druga płyta (2) jest przynajmniej o 60 mm grubsza od pierwszej płyty (1) i jest zaopatrzona w pierwsze koryto (3) umieszczone powyżej jej dolnej krawędzi na wysokości mieszczącej się w zakresie od 400 do 600 mm oraz drugie koryto (3) przy jej górnej krawędzi, na wysokości mieszczącej się w zakresie 400 do 600 mm poniżej tej krawędzi. Druga płyta (2) jest ponadto zaopatrzona w otwory (3a) o średnicach mieszczących się w zakresie od 60 do 90 mm, rozmieszczone przy jej pionowych krawędziach i przebiegające od koryta (3) ku powierzchni zewnętrznej drugiej płyty (2). Pierwsza płyta (1) i druga płyta (2) są ponadto zaopatrzone na zwróconych ku sobie powierzchniach w wyżłobienia (4) przebiegające ku górze od ich dolnych krawędzi. Odstęp pomiędzy pierwszą płytą (1) a drugą płytą (2) mieści się w zakresie od 60 do 300 mm.A prefabricated wall element is disclosed which comprises a first panel (1) and a second panel (2) placed parallel to it at a distance determined by means of reinforcement (5). The first panel (1) is at least 60 mm thick and is provided with an additional insulation layer (6) on the side opposite the reinforcement (5), while the second panel (2) is at least 60 mm thicker than the first panel (1) and is provided with in the first trough (3) located above its lower edge at a height in the range of 400 to 600 mm and the second trough (3) at its upper edge, at a height in the range of 400 to 600 mm below this edge. The second plate (2) is also provided with holes (3a) with diameters in the range from 60 to 90 mm, arranged at its vertical edges and extending from the trough (3) towards the outer surface of the second plate (2). The first plate (1) and the second plate (2) are furthermore provided on the facing surfaces with grooves (4) extending upwards from their lower edges. The distance between the first plate (1) and the second plate (2) is in the range of 60 to 300 mm.
