Abstract
Profil konstrukcyjny drewniany zawiera segment zewnętrzny, segmenty wewnętrzne, segment wewnętrzny, folie paroprzepuszczalną, aerożelowe kształtki i kleje. Segmenty zbudowane są z listwy stanowiącej zestaw sklejonych krótkich listew o równoległym układzie włókien zakończonych na końcach mikrowczepami połączonych klejem wzdłużnie na całej szerokości listew. Profil charakteryzuje się tym, że segment wewnętrzny (5) i pierwszy segment środkowy (4) na jednej ścianie szerokiej listwy na całej długości listew zaopatrzone są w usytuowane prostopadle do osi wzdłużnej listew kompatybilne względem siebie miniwczepy (3), natomiast pomiędzy segmentem wewnętrznym (5) i pierwszym segmentem środkowym (4) znajduje się kanał, w którym umieszczona jest pierwsza kształtka aerożelowa (6), a połączone warstwą kleju miniwczepy (3) na całej długości tych segmentów (4 i 5) tworzą zębatą skleinę. Trzeci segment środkowy (4) i segment zewnętrzny (1) na jednej ze ścian szerokiej listwy na całej długości listew zaopatrzone są w usytuowane prostopadle do osi wzdłużnej listew kompatybilne względem siebie miniwczepy (3), a pomiędzy miniwczepami (3) osadzona jest na całej długości segmentów folia paroprzepuszczalna (2), a połączone warstwą kleju miniwczepy (3) wraz z folią paroprzepuszczalną (2) tworzą zębatą skleinę, nie przepuszczającą wilgoci.The wooden structural profile contains the outer segment, inner segments, inner segment, vapor-permeable films, airgel moldings and adhesives.
