BUTELKA KAMIONKOWA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka kamionkowa, o pojemnosci 500ml sluzaca do przechowywania alkoholu - miodu pitnego. Posiada wymiary: 220mm wysokosci, 80mm szerokosci u podnóza, 120mm szerokosci u szczytu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach: - Figura 1 przedstawia rysunek butelki - szkic w widoku czolowym, -Figura 2 - przedstawia rysunek butelki - szkic w widoku z boku, - Figury 3 i 4 - przedstawiaja fotografie butelki w kolorze bialym ( i fyHjfl"? wznm przemyslowego) w widoku czolowym i z boku, -Figury 5 i 6 - przedstawiaja fotografie butelki w kolorze brazowym (2 odmiana wzoru przemyslowego) w widoku czolowym i z boku, -Figury 7 i 8 - przedstawiaja fotografie butelki w kolorze metalizujacym fi wram przemyslowego 1 ) w widoku czolowym i z boku. -Figura 9 - przedstawia butelki we wszystkich w/w odmianach w widoku czolowym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na nadaniu butelce szczególnego, niespotykanego na rynku, rodzaju materialu uzytego do jej produkcji, tj. kamionki. Posiada ona charakterystyczny ksztalt - jest wypukla patrzac na wprost i splaszczona patrzac z boku. Powloka pokryta jest charakterystycznym rodzajem szkliwa, które ma metalizujacy kolor. Z przodu butelki wygrawerowano drukowanymi literami napis: MIODY PdLSKJE TYSIAC LAT TRADYCJI. Z tylu butelki znajduje sie logo Spóldzielni Pszczelarskiej Apis w Lublinie. U podnóza butelke oplata wkolo plaster miodu. The industrial design is for a 500ml stoneware bottle for storing alcoholic beverages such as mead. Its dimensions are: 220mm high, 80mm wide at the base, and 120mm wide at the top. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations: - Figure 1 shows a drawing of a bottle - sketch in a front view, - Figure 2 - shows a drawing of a bottle - sketch in a side view, - Figures 3 and 4 - show photographs of a white bottle (and fyHjfl"? industrial design) in a front and side view, - Figures 5 and 6 - show photographs of a brown bottle (2nd variant of the industrial design) in a front and side view, - Figures 7 and 8 - show photographs of a bottle in a metallic color (fi wram industrial design 1) in a front and side view. - Figure 9 - shows bottles in all the above-mentioned variants in a front view. The essential features of the industrial design consist in giving the bottle a special, unusual type of material used for its production, i.e. stoneware. It has a characteristic shape - it is convex when viewed straight on and Flattened when viewed from the side. The coating is covered with a distinctive type of glaze that has a metallic color. The front of the bottle is engraved in block letters with the words: MIODY PdLSKJE TYSIAC LAT TRADYCJI (MIODIES OF PdLSKJE, A THOUGHT OF YEARS OF TRADITION). The back of the bottle features the logo of the Apis Beekeeping Cooperative in Lublin. At the bottom, a honeycomb wraps around the bottle.
