Description

Przedmiotem wynalazkujest gazostatyczne polaczenie w prowadnicach zwlaszcza obrabiarek.Znane sa prowadnice aerostatyczne z publikacji T. Wrotnego pt.: „Podstawy konstrukcji obrabiarek" str. 811 -820 oraze ze zgloszenia P-201480, wedlug których nie sa stosowane samosma- rujace listwy. Dotychczas nieznane sa gazostatyczne polaczenia samosmarujace w prowadnicach.Celem wynalazku jest skonstruowanie gazostatycznego polacznia w prowadnicach maszyn.Istota wynalazku polega na tym, ze komory wypelnione sprezonym gazem sa przeplywowo uszczelnione przez samosmarujace listwy.Zaleta techniczna wynalazku jest to, ze gazostatyczne polaczenie prowadnicowe jest w pelni zabezpieczone przed niebezpieczenstwem zatarcia.Przedmiot wynalazku przedstawiony jest w przykladzie wykonania na rysunku, na którym pokazano gazostatyczne polaczenie w prowadnicach do tokarek w przekroju.Gazostatyczne polaczenie sklada sie z prowadnicy wlasciwej 1, na której umieszczony jest prowadnik 2 z samosmarujacymi listwami 3, przy czym sprezony gaz 4 doprowadzony jest do komór 5.Zastrzezenie patentowe Gazostatyczne polaczenie w prowadnicach zwlaszcza obrabiarek, skladajace sie z prowadnicy o dowolnym ksztalcie i prowadnika, znamienne tym, ze komory (5) wypelnione sprezonym gazem (4) sa przeplywowo uszczelnione przez samosmarujace listwy (3).124993 Pracownia Poligraficzna UP PRL.
