Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest rama skrzydła drzwi otwieranych na zewnątrz pomieszczenia, stanowiąca stelaż do budowy skrzydła drzwi przeznaczonych do stosowania w budownictwie mieszkaniowym i użyteczności publicznej. Rama składa się z dwóch pionowych stojaków, poprzeczki poziomej dolnej i poprzeczki poziomej górnej, połączonych ze sobą w czworokąt. Wykonana jest z kształtownika stanowiącego listwę profilowaną o profilu zamkniętym, mającą postać prostopadłościennej rury, ograniczonej z jednej strony ścianką montażową (4), po bokach ściankami bocznymi, a z drugiej strony ścianką zewnętrzną (6), stanowiącą po montażu powierzchnię czołową skrzydła drzwi, przy czym ścianka zewnętrzna (6) jest szersza od ścianki montażowej (4), przez co jej końce wychodzą poza obrys ramy na okładziny wierzchnie tworząc wraz ze ściankami bocznymi wnęki (7). Ponadto w ściance montażowej (4) wykonane jest gniazdo (9) na przesuwny wpust mocujący, natomiast wnętrze kształtownika podzielone jest na dwie zamknięte komory, to jest komorę wewnętrzną (11) ograniczoną przez ściankę montażową (4), ścianki boczne i ściankę wewnętrzną (12), oraz komorę technologiczną (13) ograniczoną przez ściankę zewnętrzną (6), ścianki boczne i ściankę wewnętrzną (12), dodatkowo wewnątrz komory wewnętrznej (11), w ściankach bocznych (5), przy połączeniu ze ścianką wewnętrzną (12) wykonane są gniazda (14) na wkręty mocujące (28).The subject of the notification is the door leaf frame opening outside the room, constituting the frame for the construction of the door leaf intended for use in residential and public buildings. The frame consists of two vertical racks, a lower horizontal crossbar and an upper horizontal crossbar connected together in a quadrangle. It is made of a profile constituting a closed profile, having a form of a rectangular pipe, limited on one side by a mounting wall (4), on the sides by side walls, and on the other by an external wall (6), which after assembly is the door surface, the outer wall (6) is wider than the mounting wall (4), due to which its ends extend beyond the outline of the frame onto the surface claddings forming together with the side walls of the recess (7). In addition, the mounting wall (4) has a socket (9) for a sliding fastening groove, while the inside of the profile is divided into two closed chambers, i.e. the inner chamber (11) limited by the mounting wall (4), side walls and the inner wall (12) ), and the technological chamber (13) limited by the outer wall (6), side walls and the inner wall (12), additionally inside the inner chamber (11), in the side walls (5), when connected to the inner wall (12) sockets (14) for fixing screws (28).
