The invention consists of a tubular element fixed at one end in a fixed body, and at the other end in the shape of an elastic lip, slidably mounted in the material flow channel of the rotating body. The material flowing through the tubular element, under the influence of pressure, expands the elastic lip, thus ensuring the tightness of the connection of the rotating part of the head with respect to the fixed part. The subject of the invention is shown in an example of embodiment in the drawing, which shows the axial section of the head. The rotating head consists of a fixed part 1 and a rotating part 2.
