Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac rozety ozdobnej, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. The subject of the industrial design is a decorative rosette used as an entrance door decoration, mounted particularly to a lock as an insert element for a key or door handle. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of decorative rosette, manifested in its shape and surface arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which the collective illustration presents photographs of the decorative rosette in two varieties: Fig. 1 presents photographs of the decorative rosette in a perspective view in the first variety, i.e., turnkey from above, from the front side; Fig. 1.1 presents the same variety of decorative rosette in a perspective view as in Fig. 1, showing the shapes of the side walls; Fig. 1.2 presents photographs of the rosette in a horizontal projection from above, in the first variety; Fig. 1.3 presents a perspective view of the bottom wall; and Fig. 1.4. in a perspective view from the side wall in the first variant, fig. 2 shows photographs of the decorative rosette in a perspective view in the second variant, i.e. under the handle from the top from the front side, fig. 2.1 the same variant of the decorative rosette in a perspective view as in fig. 2 showing the shapes of the side walls, fig. 2.2 photographs of the rosette in a horizontal projection view from the top in the second variant, fig. 2.3 in a perspective view from the bottom wall in the second variant and fig. 2.4 in a perspective view from the side wall in the second variant. In both variants of the design the decorative rosette has the form of a plate, the shape of which differs from a square by a slight rounding of the upper edge of the vertical sides. The lower surface of the rosette is flat, and the front surface is convex with milled decorative circular arcs on two opposite corners, seamlessly transitioning into the front surface. In the first variant, the decorative rosette has a through-hole in the center of the front surface, shaped by combining a rectangle and a semicircle, with the shorter side of the rectangle being a concave arc with a large radius of curvature. In the second variant, the decorative rosette has a through-hole in the center of the front surface, shaped like a circle. In both variants, in vertical projection, the upper and lower walls are rectangles, and the side walls are rectangles with the upper edge constituting a segment of a circular arc with a large radius. Essential features of the industrial design: In both varieties of the industrial design, the decorative rosette takes the form of a plate, whose shape differs from a square by a slight rounding of the upper edge of the vertical sides. The lower surface of the rosette is flat, and the front surface is convex with milled decorative circular arcs on two opposite corners, seamlessly merging into the front surface of the rosette. In the first variety, the decorative rosette has a through-hole in the center of the front surface, shaped by combining a rectangle and a semicircle, with the shorter side of the rectangle taking the form of a concave arc with a large radius of curvature. In the second variety, the decorative rosette has a through-hole in the center of the front surface, shaped like a circle. In both variants, in the vertical projection the upper and lower walls are rectangles and the side walls are rectangles with the upper edge constituting a segment of a circular arc with a large radius.
