Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest lacznik zebatki, zwlaszcza do maszyn górniczych, takich jak maszyny urabia¬ jace, kolejki podwieszane i naziemne.Znany z patentu 111665 lacznik zebatki, wyposazony jest w dwa sworznie polaczone ze soba plytkami.Plytki te osadzone sa na wystajacych z listw zebatki czopach. The disadvantage of this connector is also the unfavorable stress distribution in the working sections and the troublesome assembly and workmanship. The aim of the invention is to develop a design of the connector that eliminates the above drawbacks. This aim has been achieved by applying the solution that is the subject of the invention. The gear joint, especially for mining machines, has two teeth connected by a cable. Between the teeth there is a recess for the drive wheel tooth, the bottom wall of the recess being located below the longitudinal axis of the rack. The fastener of the fastener has a hole in which the pin is mounted, connecting the fastener with the rack segments. The cable of the coupler is shaped so that the lower edge of the coupler is located below the lower edge of the pinion, and the thickness of the cable is greater than the diameter of the pin connecting the coupler with the pinion. The connector presented according to the invention has a simple structure that can be made in the form of a forging. It also has a small width that fits the width of the sprocket and can be easily connected to the sprocket segments. An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section of the sprocket and the fastener, Fig. 2 a top view of the sprocket and the fastener. The connector has two teeth 3 and 4 connected in the lower part with a cable 5. The rack segments are equipped with pins 1 attached to the strips 2 and are connected to the connector by pins 7, the pins of the pins are embedded in the holes 8 of the strips 2 racks.
