Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy kompensatora rurowego liniowego stosowanego w podziemnych rurociągach do transportu mediów płynnych gazowych. Kompensator rurowy liniowy (1) ma metalową rurę wewnętrzną (2) osadzoną współosiowo z możliwością przesuwu we wnętrzu metalowej rury zewnętrznej (3) za pomocą szczelnych łożysk ślizgowych (4a, 4b) oraz uszczelnioną pierścieniem uszczelniająco-zgarniającym (6). Na części wgłębnej rura wewnętrzna (2) ma warstwę (10) o własnościach przewodnika elektrycznego, a na części wysuwnej z kompensatora (1) ma warstwę (11) o własnościach izolatora elektrycznego. Rura wewnętrzna (2) warstwą (10) połączona jest elektrycznie na całej długości skoku (s) z rurą zewnętrzną (3) poprzez co najmniej jeden element przewodzący (8) zamocowany do pierścienia oporowego (7a) łożyska ślizgowego (4a).The application concerns a linear expansion joint used in underground pipelines for the transport of liquid gaseous media. On the downhole part the inner pipe (2) has a layer (10) with electric conductor properties, and on the withdrawable part from the compensator (1) it has a layer (11) with electric insulator properties. The inner tube (2) with a layer (10) is electrically connected along the entire stroke length (s) with the outer tube (3) through at least one conductive element (8) attached to the thrust ring (7a) of the plain bearing (4a).
