Description

Sposób ten umozliwia szybka i dokladna kontrole polaryzacji elektrycznej ceramiki zapewniajac po- 5 wtarzalnosc wyników i umozliwiajac badanie zmian wlasciwosci ceramiki w czasie np. w wyniku pro¬ cesów starzenia.Przyklad. Z zmierzonej czestotliwosci re¬ zonansowej w sposób empiryczny okresla sie sto¬ pien polaryzacji elektrycznej badanej próbki cera¬ micznej. 25 Zastrzezenie patentowe Sposób pomiaru polaryzacji elektrycznej, zna¬ mienny tym, ze badana próbke w postaci metalizo- **' waaejT plytki ceramicznej podparta w wezlach drgan 124 1363 124 136 4 pobudza sie metoda elektrostatyczna do drgan gie- nansowa, która jest funkcja stopnia jej polaryzacji tnych nastepnie mierzy sie jej czestotliwosc rezo- elektrycznej.ZGK 1359/1110/84 — 95 egz.Cena zl 100,— PLThe subject of the invention is a method of measuring the electrical polarization in ceramics on the basis of measuring the elastic properties of a material, determined by the acoustic resonance method, which is used to control materials used in the production of electronic components, especially ceramic capacitors. It is known to measure electrical polarization in samples and ceramic products consisting in its determination based on the measurement of the dielectric properties of the tested material, determined on the basis of the measurement of the electrical capacitance of the tested object. This method does not accurately determine the electric polarization of ceramics and, moreover, it links the measurement result with the original properties of the sample, so that it cannot be used, for example, for comparative tests of ceramics as a function of time or temperature. measurement of the electrical polarization of ceramics based on a different principle than the determination of sample capacity. It was found that there is a correlation between the degree of electrical polarization of ceramics and its resonance frequency. The method according to the invention consists in the fact that a metallized ceramic plate supported in vibration knots is stimulated by an electrostatic method to a slight vibration, and then its resonance frequency is measured and the degree of electric polarization is determined empirically from its values. it enables the quick and accurate control of the electrical polarity of the ceramics, ensuring the reproducible results and allowing the study of changes in the properties of the ceramics over time, eg as a result of aging processes. Example. A sample of the ceramic to be tested, preferably in the shape of a circular plate, is attached to and at three points lying on the knot lines of the vibrating surface of the sample. This plate is covered with a thin layer of copper or silver, several microns thick. The sample prepared in such a way is placed in a vacuum chamber, which allows to increase the accuracy of the measurement by eliminating the influence of atmospheric pressure on the vibration amplitude and is stimulated to bend vibrations of the second order through a capacitive transducer located in its vicinity and connected with the vibration excitation unit. and with a resonant frequency measuring system. From the measured resonance frequency, the electric polarization rate of the ceramic sample under study is determined empirically. 25 Patent claim The method of measuring electric polarization, characterized by the fact that the test sample in the form of a metallized ceramic plate supported in vibration knots 124 1363 124 136 4 stimulates the electrostatic method to vibrate, which is a function of its degree then its reso- electric frequency is measured ZGK 1359/1110/84 - 95 copies Price PLN 100, - PL
