Abstract
Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest szyna do montażu konstrukcji solarnych oraz paneli fotowoltaicznych za pośrednictwem klem dociskowych. Szyna do montażu konstrukcji solarnych, mająca w przekroju poprzecznym zarys prostokąta i zawierająca kanały montażowe oraz ryflowane powierzchnie, charakteryzuje się tym, że ma cztery kanały montażowe (1, 2, 3 i 4), gdzie kanał (1) wypełnia środek szyny i w przekroju poprzecznym ma kształt odwróconej litery "L", a w górnej części profilu oraz w dolnej części z boku znajdują się kanały montażowe (2 i 3) w kształcie litery "C", których zakończenia ramion (5) skierowane są pod kątem prostym ku środkowi i zakończone zaokrąglonymi wypustkami (6) skierowanymi do dołu, natomiast z boku szyny znajduje się prosty kanał montażowy (4) z dwukrotnie zagiętymi pod kątem prostym ramionami (7), przy czym zewnętrzne powierzchnie zakończenia ramion (5) i zewnętrzna boczna ściana (8) szyny są ryflowane.The subject of the utility model is the rail for mounting solar structures and photovoltaic panels by means of pressure clamps. The rail for mounting solar structures, having a rectangular cross-section and containing mounting channels and grooved surfaces, is characterized by having four mounting channels (1, 2, 3 and 4), where the channel (1) fills the middle of the rail and in cross-section has the shape of an inverted letter "L", and in the upper part of the profile and in the lower part of the side there are mounting channels (2 and 3) in the shape of the letter "C", whose ends of arms (5) are directed at a right angle to the center and rounded the tabs (6) directed downwards, while on the side of the rail there is a straight mounting channel (4) with arms (7) doubled at right angles, the outer surfaces of the ends of the arms (5) and the outer side wall (8) of the rail are grooved .
