Zapobiega ona niepozadanym przemieszczeniom ogniw poziomych wzdluz zaczepów. 1 litera „W", fig. 3 zgrzeblo w przekroju podluznym zaznaczonym na fig. 2 linia A-A, zas fig. Naklad 120 egz. f\ na 100 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a card for a mining belt conveyor with a two-lane link chain string located along the axis of the conveyor route. sockets, to which they are tightened by screw clamps or lubes and screws attached to the upper board of the card. These solutions are known, for example, from the British patent number 1 335 767, as well as from the Polish patent number 108 168. There are also solutions such as, for example, according to British patents numbers 1 322 569 and 1 229 973, where the clamp is attached to a with the help of horizontal screws and special vertical walls. A characteristic feature of all known solutions is that the carrying element in relation to the comb is a horizontal link engaging the socket edges in the lower part of the comb. The chain tensile force is also partially transferred to the card by means of the friction force between the clamp or the lovage and the arms of the horizontal link. The purpose of the clamp is to prevent the horizontal link from slipping out of the edges of the sockets. The previously known cardboards show the following disadvantages: A horizontal link placed in a socket with rounded edges shows a constant tendency to slip out of the sockets, which causes excessive loading of the lube or clamps and gradual loosening of these elements, and then, as a result of dynamic forces, their disconnection from the flight bar . This has the effect that the card also falls off the chains, thus leading to burdensome breakdowns and downtime of the entire complex of equipment of a given excavation. The aim of the invention is to develop a card with a greater degree of reliability of its connection with the chains. This goal was achieved by applying the solution subject of the invention. It consists in such a structure of the comb that it has on its underside two protruding, arched hooks that engage with a slight play into the free passage space of the horizontal links located in the grooves of the lower part of the comb. The catches are shaped in such a way that their side walls have grooved concavities along their entire length, adapted to the shape and dimensions of the vertical links. The catches are arched concave in the opposite direction to the working movement of the conveyor so that they embrace the ends of the vertical links adjacent to the horizontal links. The width of the catches is constant, which allows them to rotate into the free spaces of the horizontal links and then to fix the card in a horizontal position after the arms of the horizontal links are seated in the grooves. Between the catches there is a protective cover connected by means of a vertical bolt to the upper scraper plate. The overlay has transverse depressions that embrace the inner arms of the horizontal links. It prevents undesirable movements of the horizontal links along the catches. The advantages of the presented solution are: significant improvement in the reliability of connecting the comb with the chains, simplicity of construction, and ease of execution and assembly. According to the invention, the rebate is shown in the example of the solution in the drawing, shown in Fig. 1. in the front view in the direction of the working movement of the conveyor, Fig. 2 the same card in the bottom view, marked in Fig. 1 by the letter "W", Fig. 3, in a longitudinal section marked in Fig. 2 by line AA, and in Fig. 4 shows the card in a cross-section along the line BB marked in Fig. 1. The board in the exemplary embodiment has on its underside two protruding, arched catches 1 located with a slight play in the inner, through space of the horizontal links 2 resting in the grooves 3 of the lower wall of the upper plate 4 carding The hooks 1 are so shaped that their side walls on 5 and 6 May over their entire length groove lengths of concavities 8 and 7 adapted to the shape and dimensions of vertical links 9 of the card chain. Clips 1 are arched with concavities in the direction opposite to the conveyor's working movement marked with the arrow so that they include the rounded ends of 10 vertical links 9 adjacent to the horizontal links 2 arranged in grooves 3, the latch width S being constant. Between the catches 1 there is a protective cap 11 connected by a screw 12 with the upper plate 4 of the comb. The cover 11 is provided with transverse depressions 13 covering the inner arms 14 of the horizontal links 2. According to the invention, the chute may be used in mining card conveyors characterized by high efficiency and cooperating with other machines and devices as part of the comprehensive, intensive exploitation of the excavation.
