Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest urządzenie do chłodzenia diody lub diod LED zawierające radiator, rurkę wypełnioną cieczą odbierającą ciepło z tej diody, którego istota polega na tym, że składa się z pierścieniowej rurki cienkościennej (1) z umieszczoną w niej niewielką ilością cieczy (2) o niskiej temperaturze wrzenia i niskiej przewodności elektrycznej, pod którą w rurce tej zamontowane jest podłoże diody LED (5) stykające się z tą cieczą, natomiast naprzeciw tej diody rurka ta zaopatrzona jest w element (3) przylegający do niej o wysokiej przewodności cieplnej stykający się z radiatorem (4).
