Abstract
Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest urządzenie do usuwania popiołu z popielnika w kotłach centralnego ogrzewania, zwłaszcza w kotłach retortowych stosowanych w domowych instalacjach centralnego ogrzewania. Urządzenie zawierające w zasobniku na popiół, napędzany ślimak charakteryzuje się tym, że ślimak przed zasobnikiem popiołu znajduje się w rurowej obudowie (3), do której przymocowany jest wylotowy króciec. W strefie otworu wylotowego króćca ślimak ma co najmniej jeden zwój (1B) o kierunku przeciwnym do pozostałych zwojów (1A). Odległość (1C) pomiędzy krańcami przeciwskrętnych zwojów jest mniejsza od otworu wylotowego króćca, który usytuowany jest prostopadle do wzdłużnej osi rurowej obudowy (3), przy czym przekrój porzeczny wylotowego króćca jest największy przy jego wylocie.The subject of the utility model is a device for removing ash from the ash pan in central heating boilers, especially in retort boilers used in domestic central heating installations. The device containing the driven screw in the ash container is characterized by the fact that the screw in front of the ash container is in a tubular housing (3), to which the outlet nozzle is attached. In the zone of the outlet of the stub pipe, the screw has at least one coil (1B) opposite to the other coils (1A). The distance (1C) between the ends of the anti-torsion turns is smaller than the outlet opening of the connector, which is located perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the pipe housing (3), with the cross section of the outlet connector being the largest at its outlet.
