The device is equipped with a leveling and scraping bar (1) with an electromagnet (2) fitted at the bottom with teeth (6). Above the leveling and scraping strip (1) has handles (3) for aggregating the device with agricultural machines. The electromagnet (2) is connected with a cable (4) to the electric socket (5) of the tractor.
