Abstract

Urządzenie do automatycznego dozowania leków w postaci tabletek, przeznaczone dla osób starszych, szczególnie dla pacjentów z chorobami przewlekłymi takimi jak: choroba Parkinsona, Alzheimer, cukrzyca, przyjmującymi wiele różnych leków, może być również wykorzystane dzięki modułowej konstrukcji w szpitalach dla przygotowywania dawek lekarstw dla większej ilości pacjentów. Urządzenie wykonane jest w postaci niezależnych modułów, których podstawowym zespołem jest magazynek (1) lekarstw, wykonany w kształcie płaskiego walca z przegrodami (2) na jednorazowe dawki lekarstw, umieszczony wewnątrz obudowy (3) wykonanej z chemicznie obojętnego, przeźroczystego materiału. Każdy magazynek (1) lekarstw posiada koło (7) ułożyskowane zębate napędzane z silnika (8) krokowego za pomocą paska (9) zębatego. Lekarstwa wypadają kolejno z przegród (2) na taśmę (6) transportową, napędzaną za pomocą silnika (12) krokowego. Praca silnika (8) krokowego oraz silnika (12) krokowego jest sterowana przez układ (13) sterująco programujący, który dodatkowo kontroluje i nadzoruje pracę układu (24) zdalnego powiadamiania opiekuna pacjenta, czujnika (16) obecności pojemnika (14) na lekarstwa, czujnika (21) lekarstw, sygnalizatora (22) akustyczno optycznego oraz wyświetlacza (23) alfa numerycznego.The device for automatic dispensing of tablets in the form of tablets, intended for the elderly, especially for patients with chronic diseases such as: Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, diabetes, taking many different drugs, can also be used thanks to the modular design in hospitals for preparing doses of medicine for larger number of patients. The device is made in the form of independent modules, the basic assembly of which is the medicine magazine (1), made in the shape of a flat cylinder with compartments (2) for single doses of medicine, placed inside a casing (3) made of chemically inert, transparent material. Each magazine (1) of medicines has a gear wheel (7) driven from a stepper motor (8) with a toothed belt (9). The medications fall successively from the partitions (2) onto the conveyor belt (6), driven by a stepper motor (12). The work of the (8) stepper motor and the (12) stepper motor is controlled by the control and programming system (13), which additionally controls and supervises the operation of the system (24) for remote notification of the patient caregiver, sensor (16), presence of the container (14) for medicines, sensor (21) medicines, signaling device (22), acousto-optical and display (23) alpha-numeric.
