Abstract
Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest opaska opakowaniowa do owijania podłużnych przedmiotów, przede wszystkim zrolowanych materiałów opakowaniowych oraz gotowych worków i toreb foliowych. Opaska opakowaniowa jest utworzona z pojedynczego odcinka (1) wstęgi (2) papieru. Wewnętrzna powierzchnia odcinka (1) jest powleczona warstwą suchego kleju, który jest aktywowany na jednym z końców (6) tego odcinka przez zwilżenie wodą. Zewnętrzna powierzchnia odcinka (1) jest pokryta nie ukazanym na rysunku nadrukiem informacyjno - dekoracyjnym i na drugim końcu (8) tego odcinka ma wydzielone pole (9) o podwyższonej przyczepności. Oba końce (6, 8) odcinka (1) są sklejone z sobą po owinięciu podłużnego przedmiotu. Do wewnętrznej powierzchni odcinka (1) jest przyklejony poprzeczny pasek zrywny (10), którego wytrzymałość na zerwanie jest znacznie wyższa od wytrzymałości papierowej wstęgi. Jedna z końcówek paska (10) ma postać płaskiego uchwytu (11). Naklejony pasek (10) jest w całości umieszczony na obszarze odcinka (1), ograniczonym jego bocznymi obrzeżami (12). W jednym z obrzeży (12) odcinka jest utworzone wycięcie (13) o zarysie zbliżonym do litery U, w obrębie którego mieści się uchwyt (11) paska (10).The subject of the utility model is a packaging band for wrapping oblong objects, primarily rolled packaging materials and finished sacks and plastic bags. The packaging band is formed of a single section (1) of the paper web (2). The inner surface of the section (1) is coated with a layer of dry glue, which is activated at one of the ends (6) of this section by wetting with water. The outer surface of the section (1) is covered with an informational and decorative print not shown in the drawing and at the other end (8) of this section has a separate area (9) with increased adhesion. Both ends (6, 8) of the segment (1) are glued together after wrapping the elongated object. A transverse tear strip (10) is glued to the inner surface of the section (1), whose breaking strength is much higher than the strength of the paper web. One of the belt ends (10) is a flat handle (11). The adhesive strip (10) is entirely placed on the section (1) bounded by its lateral rims (12). In one of the periphery (12) of the section, a cut-out (13) is formed with an outline similar to the letter U, within which the handle (11) of the belt (10) is located.
