Abstract

Urządzenie do wyznaczania wartości opałowej różnych gatunków kopalin węgla metodą porównawczą charakteryzuje się tym, że wykonane jest w postaci pojemnika składającego się z rozłącznych części elementu A i elementu B połączonych ze sobą za pomocą nakrętki (1), przy czym ścianki każdej z części wykonane są ze stali w postaci płaszcza zewnętrznego (3) i wewnętrznego (4) przedzielonych warstwą materiału termoizolacyjnego (5) i warstwą próżni (6). W górnej części urządzenia zamontowany jest zawór ciśnieniowy (7) nastawny umożliwiający wylot spalin wytwarzających się podczas czasu indukcji paliwa, utrzymujący stałe ciśnienie w urządzeniu podczas procesu spalania próbki paliwa oraz zapewniający spełnienie wymagań bezpieczeństwa przy dokonywaniu pomiarów. W zaworze ciśnieniowym zamontowany jest termoelement (10), służący do pomiaru temperatury gazów spalinowych i temperatury wewnątrz urządzenia. W górnej części elementu A zamontowany jest wieszak (14), w którym umieszczony jest materiał testowy (15) z umieszczonym w nim termoelementem (16). Na wewnętrznej ściance płaszcza zewnętrznego (3) zamontowany jest termoelement (12) mierzący temperaturę otoczenia. Wewnątrz urządzenia, w dolnej jego części (element B) na grzałce elektrycznej (25) umieszczony jest tygiel (23), w którego górnej części ścianki bocznej umieszczony jest termoelement (29), a w dolnej części ścianki tygla (23) umieszczony jest termoelement (32) mierzący temperaturę próbki paliwa (26). W podstawie urządzenia (35) znajduje się kanał powietrzny (36), w którym umieszczona jest pompa powietrza z przepływomierzem (37).The device for determining the calorific value of various grades of coal minerals by the comparative method is characterized by the fact that it is made in the form of a container consisting of detachable parts of element A and element B connected together by means of a nut (1), with the walls of each part made of steel in the form of an outer (3) and inner (4) jacket separated by a layer of thermal insulation material (5) and a layer of vacuum (6). An adjustable pressure valve (7) is mounted in the upper part of the device, enabling the outlet of exhaust gases generated during the fuel induction time, maintaining a constant pressure in the device during the combustion process of the fuel sample and ensuring compliance with safety requirements when making measurements. A thermocouple (10) is installed in the pressure valve to measure the temperature of the exhaust gas and the temperature inside the device. In the upper part of element A a hanger (14) is mounted, in which the test material (15) with a thermocouple (16) is placed in it. A thermocouple (12) measuring the ambient temperature is mounted on the inner wall of the outer jacket (3). Inside the device, in the lower part (element B) on the electric heater (25) is a crucible (23), in which the upper part of the side wall is fitted with a thermocouple (29), and in the lower part of the crucible wall (23) there is a thermocouple (32) ) measuring the temperature of the fuel sample (26). In the base of the device (35) there is an air channel (36), in which an air pump with a flow meter (37) is placed.
